  7. Hey Donnie! Earlier in the week I said Jones won’t be here by the trade deadline, maybe sooner. He looks lost.

  9. The Arod thing was really storybook ridiculous. He pinch hits, they’re booing the shit out of him, it’s a tie game, and boom! A wicked laser to left that never came down until it went over the wall. Ties Mays. Freakin amazing!

    • Hahaha

      Hey boys what a result

I’m just watching now but will miss the early start today, I’ll check in early evening

Jones has the Francesa curse pant load gave him his blessing, never a good sign

we have to put the reverse voodoo on him try to pull him through

While a dfa is the right call my guess they really need a Teixeira caddy so I think he gets rope

  13. I’m obviously shocked at the results of this game

The Alex Hr was compelling, but the shock was Sabathia not getting pummeled, and not succumbing to the 1 big inning

Beltran hitting the Masterson mistake across traffic for the RBI was something we haven’t seen a lot of yet

Ellsbury has also done well, so healthier or just a streak

But Sabathia was the key for me especially in that park

  14. Agreed, Sal. Capt Crunch really held his own in Fenway. Something he usually doesn’t do, even when he first got here. And, he made it to 1st base before the runner did, while getting the feed from Tex. If you watched carefully, as CC walked back to the mound, he grimaced a bit. I don’t know if that was from sprinting to 1st, or a tweaking of the knee. We’ll see. But, he pitched a helluva game. Without it, Arod has no heroics & we don’t put one in the win column.

    • Bondsie I never know if Soup Bone is out of breath or hurt, but good eye, I didn’t think much of it but good point

      Just saw the Gregorius error
man that’s a Legion ball pick up and he booted it
good thing that Napoli ball bounced into the pen or Gregorius needs an armed guard when he gets back to NY

I disagree with Singleton on the fan interference, no way Bogearts doesn’t get sent there
I know Gardner has good D but they have to be looking for insurance with the yanks pen lurking and their pen suspect
The highlights of Betances and Miller were unbelievable both looked tough to hit
I mean at some point the other shoe will drop on occasion but that was lethal stuff

  15. Is Tazawa kidding us with that 3-0 meatball lol. Arod has wrecked that phoney before

If Miggy Cabrera was healthy in 2013 Boston never beats the Tigers
Tazawa dominated Cabrera I’m that Alcs but Migster was banged up

    • Glad the kid didn’t throw the ball back
With the price of those hipster seats the kid might break even when he sells the ball

  16. I love it when the Yanks win,its even better when they beat the sux, better yet when its at femway, especially with An A Bomb,From A Rod!!!-lol He told all the pink hats to stfu!!! It was incredible!!
CC did pitch very well, was a victim of poor run support again. The bullpen was total lockdown, just the way GeniusJoe draws it up. They need a good performance from Eovaldi today vs Miley, who seems to only be able to get the Yanks out.BTW, in his last 2 starts Shane Green has a .462 opponent ba & 16.20 era-lets hold the cy young award

  18. Sounds like Shane has run into some trouble Big D, makes the trade more tolerable..Gardner might have to step up in class to the one hand clap machine

The Red Sox fans were pissed that he didn’t show remorse over diving into Fenway Fats…Yawkey way might tumble into the Charles River wow what a week end

  19. Was driving home from the Clapton concert & listening to Ma & Pa Yankee do the 9th inning. Torture! Sterling is always behind the action, but I survived & so did the Yanks. Amazing weekend in Beantown! They probably didn’t need the charter to fly home. They floated!!!

  20. Maybe the Yanks flew to Toronto on the broom they stuck up the sux ass!!!-lol GARDY had a great series, along with Ellsbury,Tex and the bullpen.Yanks first sweep in femway since 2006.Thankfully this was the last Sunday night telecast of them for a while,no more blimp Schilling. Got to keep the ball rolling!!

  21. Are you shitting me ?

That scumbag is Texeira’s backup ?
He cant hit, he cant field,
That shoulda been scooped up into an out.
Headley needs to beat that mo fo onto the DL.
