See you next weekmakin-the-donuts

The Golf Channel Needs a Replacement

I’d have Charlotte McKinney in there so I’m disqualified as a Judge

Joey Bats With Balls

I guess Canada wanted it more then Steinbrenner who may never hear  this sound again, even if his team does make it to  Game 5 of the ALDS in the next  10 yr.’s.. That Las Vegas funeral parlor he built on Rivera Avenue won’t allow it

Mikey Trashes Boomer and the Carton

Boomer and the Carton is a lame redo of Opie and Anthony… Carton  works overtime trying to be a celebrity and he fails, Big Mike is on an Island, you can’t learn  to be that arrogant and clueless

Mets won’t get Cespedes

The Blind Boys of RAB want Jason Heyward in Pinstripes

Good player, only 25 yr’s old, doubt Hal  spends the money and where is he playing in this OF?

OK so  you have to  trade either Punch or Judy, Beltran could go  to, then  we can  dream  about Heyward or Upton

The Take here, both Beltran  and Gardner have to  go, Heyward is predominately a right fielder, who  can spot CF (9 games)

Where’s Beltran going?

You could flip Beltran but now you have 3 LHB in the OF, and Heyward only hit 13 HR’s, add a few playing in Yankee Stadium,  Beltran  at his advanced age hit 19 and he’s a switch hitter

Despite his size, Heyward seems like another Punch  and Judy, plus you’ll be saddled with 6 or 7 yr’s and $150M

Nice player, bring him in but figure out where and how to make it work outside of daydreaming

  1. per this website Joey Claps is among the best at managing a bull pen

Yeah you hand the ball to Betances and Miller…..Joey Claps wore out a path to the mound this yr, Cashman needs to find a real compliment to Wilson like say Darren O’Day

Or better yet steal Kimbrel, let him be the A closer, but we found out that’s not enough because the pitching staff is soft, so Betances miller and Kimbrel are interchangeable

This is as much a pipe dream as the Blind Boys wanting Heyward

I’ve never seen 3 errors in a row by any player on the MLB level

Texas handed Canada that game.. amazing how mismatched the Rangers were with all the LHP vs Canada and they still took that to 5 games

Royals Canada I’d rather watch reruns of three’s company

  2. Someone needs to DRILL bautista Hard !

    October 15, 2015 at 8:45 am

  3. Freaking Joey Bats. Smug & arrogant asshole. He’s been pulling that act for a long time. He needs to get whacked!

    October 15, 2015 at 11:14 am

  4. Trading Gardner and Beltran peels
    $28m off the payroll

There’s you Upton or Heyward money

Still need a RHB of its Heyward so Upton then
    He slots into LF

    October 15, 2015 at 4:26 pm

  5. Terry Collins is not quite sure it’s right to ask Noah Syndergaard to pitch the eighth inning leading into closer Jeurys Familia. He’s never relieved before. Collins said outside of David Price, he’s not sure it’s ever been done in this scenario by a pitcher that age. “If he goes in and walks two guys, it could be a bad deal. … I don’t want this kid to say I blew the championship game at 22 years old,” Collins said.

Collins is saying some weird shit
    Gravy playing game 5
    And this quote
Let the kid pitch if he fucks up so what
    He’s a fuckin grown man
Kids his age are dying in war you gotta be kidding me

    October 15, 2015 at 4:43 pm

  6. Per my app don’t look like deGrom is Superman tonight
Met fans were sure he was gonna just be invincible
My kingdom to be watching this

    October 15, 2015 at 9:10 pm

    • Good game so far. Yes, de Gram not throwing as hard as the 1st game. Also, his location has been off. Thrown a lot of pitches, so he’s not long for this game. But has survived so far.

      October 15, 2015 at 9:39 pm

  7. Thanks mB

Murphy is working his way into pinstripes

He might be more in demand then Cespedes

    October 15, 2015 at 10:01 pm

    • For that kind of money, I would think so. Maybe he’ll be Cashman’s new man-crush??

      October 15, 2015 at 10:04 pm

  8. DeGrom is showing a lotta heart tonight,,

    October 15, 2015 at 10:16 pm

  9. Murphy again wow

    Seems deGrom is grinding Donny

    October 15, 2015 at 10:21 pm

  10. Murphy is gonna get over paid too maybe too much for Hal

    October 15, 2015 at 10:22 pm

  11. Turner Murphy show from the box score

    October 15, 2015 at 10:24 pm

  12. Mets were always trying to get rid of Turner (they finally did) and Murphy (Never did) and those are the best 2 hitters in this series

Murphy will get a QO and cost you a pick

    October 15, 2015 at 10:38 pm

  13. Mets Cubs

    Hot ticket

    October 15, 2015 at 11:22 pm

  14. The best N. Y. Baseball Team advances to the League Championship.

    October 15, 2015 at 11:33 pm

    • Sad but true. Call me crazy, but with the Yanks not in it, I don’t care who wins it just anyone but Team Canada. That said, I’m pulling for the Cubs, in spite of my dislike for Maddon, 1908 is a long enough wait.

      October 15, 2015 at 11:37 pm

  15. I am happy for Terry Collins,a baseball lifer thrown on the scrap heap, finally makes it to the playoffs. That said,I feel sorry for Donny Baseball! His team wins the division every year but he can not make it all the way to the top.I would much rather have him manage the Yanks than the bozo we have now.

    October 16, 2015 at 9:38 am

  16. Agree with Dallas on Mattingly.
I also find it humorous that the one Met player that Francesa has railed against the most and has wanted him gone for several years is Murphy. He was even at it earlier this year and shoots down any Met caller who tries to offer support for Murphy.
In addition to what the Blue Jays gave up to acquire Price, they also gave the Mets a ton of talent for Dickey. A starting catcher and a young flame thrower who hits triple digits–like last night. That guy has the potential to be another Nolan Ryan. At least the Blue Jays know how to draft talent. Us??? first rounders, Hensley, Lindgren, Culver, Brackman and a bunch more stiffs.

    October 16, 2015 at 10:54 am

    Hey boys great stuff
I’m all in on Donny in Stripes and bozo to Mlbtv where he belongs with the rest of those bozos

    Interesting take by Blind Boy
Ellsbury has more of a chance getting traded then Bum Gardner
    Or Beltran
Beltran has the no trade he wanted to be a NYY, mission accomplished not hit the road and free up $15m

    Doesn’t like Upton he’s a butcher
So is half the NYY team at least he can hit

For some reason Blind Boy doesn’t see peeling off $28m frees up salary flex and trading Ellsbury only adds AAV for a player some other team is using at a reduced rate
    Great point on drafting
    Good for Collins
    Met mutts killing Donny
    Murphy saved their season
LA same boat as the Yanks
Hard to impossible to rebuild and win at the same time Diony had more baggage on that team then Girardi and he was paying extra for the baggage Cadhman laid on him

    October 16, 2015 at 11:58 am

  18. Sorry for the misspell I’m limited to a phone

We don’t care about what the Angels give us for Gardner we want to clear payroll flex so they can sign a younger and better player
in fact get a prospect then use the Gardner Beltran money to upgrade

    October 16, 2015 at 12:03 pm

  19. I told the agency they can’t pay me enough to do this shit, they said you wanna bet

Now I’m in a hotel where the shower head is 10 inches to short and the shower curtain 10 inches too long

When I hit the lottery I’m buying a hotel and putting dimmers in every bathroom, bright lights chump bath rooms, living the dream

Beats the blues circuit, 3 to a room, your lucky if you get to use the bathroom

    October 16, 2015 at 12:34 pm

    • This sounds like a downgrade from a Super 8!!

      October 16, 2015 at 2:11 pm

  20. Mikey loved tweeking the Met fans on Murphy
    That was Murphs best asset

    October 16, 2015 at 12:37 pm

  21. Sal–be careful of those bedspreads in those rooms. I always peeled it off and usually froze my ass all night. at least I didn’t have a vine growing on some part of my body in the morning.

    October 16, 2015 at 12:57 pm

    • Hahaha will do noogsie

And thanks for tip on the Twitter guy I’ll dig him up and put him in the loop

I noticed those guys at Blitz have a Beningo link too funny stuff

      October 16, 2015 at 2:20 pm

  22. Another great twitter guy is Bill Buchanan @Big ActionBill
He’s the guy who made the Francesa videos and he is a big Mets Fan. He has some great Mikey stuff on there.

    October 16, 2015 at 1:02 pm

  23. Southern hospitality Bondsie makes up for it

    October 16, 2015 at 2:22 pm

  24. Thanks to all for the updates

I think Blind Boy is losing it
In his chat he thinks Castro for Ellsbury the Yanks hang up the phone first
Wow Ysnks would drive the Doughboy to Newark to get rid of that contract
And now you have a 2nd baseman or trade bait

    Good job Volquez go Royals

    October 17, 2015 at 8:23 am

  25. Btw Bondsie teeth are overrated

    October 17, 2015 at 8:25 am

  26. Just a thought Mets pitchers are being anointed

But are they gonna hit a wall
deGrom was gritty but how much did he lose after the 13 strike out GM 1?
Young Power arms This late in the season with enormous innings increases?

Ned Yost was called a dummy Royals look pretty balanced and they had such a lead it’s understandable they took their foot off the gas
Boston will no doubt go after Cueto

    October 17, 2015 at 10:37 am

  27. Noogsie hipped us to this Twitter account

    Phenomenal thanks noogsie

    October 17, 2015 at 10:40 am

  28. Man, do I have Baseball Envy !!!
    Go Royals
    Go Mets

    October 18, 2015 at 12:58 am

    • Saw the last 2 innings sort of looked cold out there, Donny

Gonna be tough tonight without the Mutts closer

I’m in a win win here, if the Mets win we get more baseball talk in NY if the Cubs win Tullio finally sees a Ring and he might send me some back money from Da Bulls track I wrote him lol

      October 18, 2015 at 8:25 am

  29. Murphy had only one homer in 126 at-bats against left-handed pitching during the regular season. He credited a conversation with hitting coach Kevin Long for helping with his surge.

How about that, Kevin Long, well I’ll be danged, anybody know where Pentland security is?

Did he even show up in the second half? Or maybe it was just guys got old and Cash-Brenner needed a few fall guys to fire

Another jabonie was company man Espada

    October 18, 2015 at 8:19 am

  30. Tools is from Atlantic City, Sal,,
    His $$$ only goes one-way,,
    His Way,, lolol

    October 18, 2015 at 9:24 am

    • True that Donny
He is finally getting sued by some Chicago gangsters so he told me s few months ago when we saw him on the North side
He’s lucky gangsters ain’t what they used to be

      October 18, 2015 at 10:14 am

  31. Donnie B—Like you, I am a lifelong Yankees Fan. Commenting on your statement of having Baseball Envy, it is a reality that we have to get used to. Our team is as close to The Royals, Cubbies and even the Mets as an old Polaroid Camera is as close to a new Canon with all the bells and whistles.
We have a machine for a manager and a little pissy nerd for a GM who is the kind when he was a kid would get his lunch taken away from him everyday in school.

    October 18, 2015 at 9:43 am

    • Good clear picture noogsie sad but true

      October 18, 2015 at 10:15 am

  32. Poor David Price he was one quiet stadium and 1 7th inning relieve from breaking that stranglehold October has on him

Andrew Friedman in LA with a $300m payroll was 1 $25m Third game starter from beating the Mets

We’re 3 weeks away from having to listen to the Cash-Brenner BS session
at least LA ate a ton of bad paper to get some prospects
Hal is gonna tell us how great everything was until the injuries

    October 18, 2015 at 10:24 am

    • No doubt, son! They’re composing the first rough drafts now. Later, they’ll send it over to re-write to spruce it up before they unleash it to the public. But before that is done, they have to write up the conditioned responses to the many questions they’ll get regarding the BS they’ve unleashed on the Public. It ain’t going to be pretty.

      October 18, 2015 at 12:19 pm

  33. I just read that A-Rod will be on the telecast in game three I guess he’s going to Toronto
    looking for ratings
A-Rod is all the way back I guess
can’t wait to get home and hear it

    October 18, 2015 at 10:32 am

  34. Mikey is really breaking news today
The Cubs are gonna be a good team for a while

And did you see Arrieta’s pitching line he’s the best pitcha in da playawfs

Terry has no closer tonight unless his guy morphs into Bumgarner enjoy the game boys

Cubs might run short on quality starters ?

Nicky 2 fingers has the yanks going after Davis and Murphy lol

    October 18, 2015 at 10:49 am

  35. Hard to believe mets don’t offer Murphy. QO

No way he accepts the $15.8m when he can get a Headley or better type contract

If Boston could flip Sandoval they might make a run at him

    October 18, 2015 at 11:27 am

  36. Bondsie in the Heyman link we dropped

This was mentioned, we had texted the point that night
That’s a tough decision I would assume, the game is speeding up at that point

“While not much was said about it afterward, one scout questioned whether right fielder Ethier should have let the sacrifice fly by Travis d’Arnaud drop in foul territory rather than catch it and allow the tying run to score. With Greinke pitching, and an 0-and-2 count on d’Arnaud, I agree …

    October 18, 2015 at 11:37 am

    • My thoughts exactly. The game speeds up, but ya gotta prepare yourself before the play. If this happens or that happens, what am I gonna do??

      October 18, 2015 at 12:09 pm

  37. Arod was on the FOX pregame football show this morning,in LA,threw a pass that Jay Glazer missed and broke the screen!!

    October 18, 2015 at 12:54 pm

  38. Yanks fired Pentland and Gary Tuck

    October 18, 2015 at 6:10 pm

    • Hey Big D! Stop the presses!! What a surprising bit of news!!! Lol! They never should’ve fired Klong! Idiots!!! Now what??? Can we get Long back? He’s under contract. And last year Chilli Davis blew us off for the Sawx. For the right money , I would entertain taking the job!!!

      October 18, 2015 at 6:22 pm

    • I forgot to mention Gary Tuck. Another idiotic decision! He’s one of the best in the business & both Bubba & Murphy have both extolled how much Tuck has helped them. Especially Bubba, who he credits with reviving his throwing game to the best it’s ever been! That one I don’t get. Our illustrious front office…….boy, are we in trouble!

      October 18, 2015 at 6:27 pm

  39. Sure, Fire the only Coach that does something.
Tuck was the only Coach who I ever heard of besides Pena,
The only Coach connected to the Yankee tradition,
    Fuggin idiots,,

    October 19, 2015 at 9:51 am

  40. Tuck knows more about catching than Slide Ruler Joey. And we can’t have players and former players (Posada) in the organization praising him. That’s too much of a threat.
I sometimes think guys like Long and Tuck laugh behind Joey’s back and then he and Cashman hear about it.
