How About Dem Dahjizz!

That  was a great NLDS Game 5, too bad you can’t get that  type of amazing drama consistently over the 162 season…

It’s Special watching playoff baseball when managers manage the game much  differently then during the season… Roberts made a good move yanking Hill, for the hot Joe Blanton in the 3rd

His 20 yr old stud prospect Julio Urias pitched 2  really good innings, but  was saved by a bad third base coach  read when Werth  was thrown out trying to  score on a double by  Zimmerman  in the 6th

Roberts tried to  sneak Grant Dayton, an effective reliever, but with only 26.1 innings under his belt, into  a 4-1 game in the 7th, but Dayton quickly turned a comfortable lead into  a 4-3 nail biter

He went Goose gossage old school inserting his closer Kenny Jansen in the 7th, the biggun did a good job for 7 outs, but ran out of gas in the 9th getting 1 out and walking 2 batters

In came Kershaw with  24 hours rest to get Danny Murphy  on a pop  up, and Willie Difo who in 2 seasons had  69 AB’s and only 2 playoff AB’s on an over matched punch out to  end it…

Should be a fun NLCS, Larry Radsky, prominent Boston 1 percenter and underling in the John Henry / Tom Werner Boston Red Sox Crime family said a win for the Cubs is a win for Hillary…

On that note, sorry Chappy but we’re Dodgers fans in this one..

Tito and Miller take on Canada tonight in game one ALCS… If there is a God, we get a Dodgers / Indians World Series.. This playoff  might be as rigged as the POTUS race, Dodgers Indians is a WS disaster  for  the Networks

Dahjizz might be in trouble….

  2. Mikey 2 Chins had this

NYY opened the season with roughly a $226M payroll

Beltran ($15M), Teixeira ($22.5M), and Miller ($9M) off the books next season. non-tender candidates Eovaldi ($5.6M) and Ackley ($3.2M).

  3. I added Nova plus Chappy’s deal

Yanks paid roughly $9.4M after the suspension fee, with the Cubs picking up the $4M plus…

Yanks on the hook for about $5.1M

    Chappy’s 2016 deal

    1 year/$11.325 (2016)

suspended for first 30 games of 2016 season, with Chapman losing 30 days’ ML service and pay, or $1,856,557

acquired by Chicago Cubs in trade from NY Yankees 7/25/16 with $4,331,967 remaining on contract, Cubs eat this sum

That’s just about $60M off the books for 2017

Sign Chapman, move Severino to the pen, and you’re back on track with reliever weapons
